Care Homes and Sheltered Housing
Care Homes, Sheltered Housing and Supported Living
We recognise that a friendly face and attitude is important in your field of work.
We understand your requirement to minimise disruption, and inform your patients and residents of our presence in advance to avoid any confusion or panic. With this in mind we ensure we make suitable arrangements to ensure you have lots of notice of our attendance. This way you can make the residents aware that the fire alarm will sound or that an engineer may need access to a lobby to test a smoke detector or emergency light…
We also recognise that a friendly face and attitude is important in your field of work. Our engineers and office staff all embark on a mandatory Customer Service NVQ Lv2 qualification to ensure they recognise the importance of this.
We’re happy to arrange access via your wardens, residents or direct with your management suite – whichever suits you best.
All reports are emailed to a preferred email account or a selection of accounts is more appropriate.
